These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services and products provided by Touched By Koko, a luxury, medically-led aesthetics and wellness brand operating in London, United Kingdom and Lagos, Nigeria. By booking a treatment, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information


Touched By Koko provides aesthetic, wellness, and post-operative support services. Services are delivered by a qualified nurse injector and trained professionals operating under ethical and safety guidelines.

All treatments are tailored following an individual consultation and may be subject to medical suitability.


3. Products for Sale

We also offer for purchase:

• Hair and skin care products

• Post-treatment recovery essentials

• Compression wear and accessories

• Gift cards and curated care kits

All products are subject to availability and may be updated periodically.


4. Medical Consent & Suitability

All clients must complete a full medical consultation before receiving any injectable or advanced treatment. This includes disclosure of medical history, medications, allergies, and previous treatments. We reserve the right to decline treatment if deemed medically unsuitable or unsafe.
By proceeding with treatment, you consent to the risks, potential side effects, and outcomes explained during consultation.


5. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
 

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may result in the loss of deposit.

• No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount.

• If a medical reason prevents treatment, rescheduling will be accommodated at no additional cost with valid evidence.
  
   

6. Results & Liability Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed and results may vary based on individual physiology, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. We aim to set realistic expectations and operate with transparency.
We accept no liability for adverse reactions or dissatisfaction where aftercare has not been followed or where medical information was withheld.


7. Aftercare Responsibility

You will receive tailored aftercare advice following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully. Failure to do so may affect results or safety, and may void eligibility for follow-up or correctional services.


8. Refund Policy
 

• Services: Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds for services rendered.

• Products: Refunds or exchanges for products are available only if the item is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase.

• Damaged or faulty goods may be replaced upon review.

• Digital products (e.g., e-vouchers) are non-refundable once issued.
  
   

9. Pricing & Payments
 

• All prices are listed in local currency (GBP for the UK, NGN/USD for Nigeria)

• We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer (by request)

• All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card or payment details.

10. Client Confidentiality

All client information and treatment records are stored securely and handled with the strictest confidentiality. No information is disclosed without your written consent, except where legally required. All clients remain anonymous in public marketing, before/after images, and reviews unless express permission is given.


11. Photography & Marketing Consent

Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for clinical documentation. These images will only be used for marketing or educational purposes with your signed consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time in writing.


12. Age Restriction

All injectable treatments are only available to clients aged 18 years and above. We may require ID to confirm age.


13. Limitation of Liability

Touched By Koko and its team will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of our services or products, beyond the extent permitted by law.


14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and associated branding—including images, text, design, and logos—are the property of Touched By Koko. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under:

• UK Law for clients treated in the United Kingdom, and

• Nigerian Law for clients treated in Nigeria.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant country of service delivery.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
