Thank you for choosing Touched By Koko.

Thank you for selecting Touched By Koko as your preferred service provider. If you have any inquiries or are unsure about which session to schedule, please do not hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp or Phone. We are available to assist you.

 

We are pleased to offer complimentary Aesthetic Consultations for all of our services. These consultations allow our skilled practitioner, Alice, to assess your specific requirements and goals, and subsequently provide tailored treatment plans that cater to your individual needs and desired outcomes.

Please review the following COVID-19 guidelines that we kindly ask our clients to adhere to:

​

- Wearing a mask is now mandatory for all clients. In the event that you do not have a mask, we are pleased to provide one for you at a nominal cost.

- We kindly request that you arrive punctually for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.

- Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken as a precautionary measure.

- We ask that anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 kindly refrain from attending their scheduled appointment and instead reschedule for a later date.

- For the safety and well-being of all, please attend your appointment alone and refrain from bringing extra guests or children.

- Please note that the presence of a PLUS one is only permissible if the accompanying person has also booked a session immediately following.

- Before entering our premises, we kindly request that you use the provided hand sanitizer.

BOOKING POLICY

In order to confirm your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee equivalent to 50% of the total treatment price is required. This fee will be subtracted from the total amount, and the remaining balance must be submitted to the same account on the day of your appointment.

- Please note that the remaining balance is to be settled in cash during your appointment.

​

- For package appointments, full payment is required by the scheduled date of your first appointment. 

 

Kindly be advised that we have a strict zero-refund policy in place.

LATENESS

-We kindly request that you ensure timely arrival for your scheduled appointment.

-Furthermore, we kindly ask that you promptly communicate with us in the event that you anticipate being late.

-To ensure a smooth scheduling process for all clients, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment if your tardiness conflicts with another client's allotted time.

-It is important to note that a late fee of £15/ N15k will be assessed if you exceed a 20-minute delay.

 

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining an efficient appointment schedule.

RESCHEDULING

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 96 hours notice prior to the appointment date and the deposit will be transferable to your new appointment. Anything less than 96 hours notice will result in the deposit being FORFEITED.

Same day cancellation will have to pay full amount of their service booked to be able to book again in the future.

No shows must pay the FULL amount of the service they have booked. If this is not done, you will be blacklisted and will not be able to book again.

You are only permitted ONE reschedule in the same month of your original appointment.

PREMIUM APPOINTMENTS

Appointments before 10:30 am and after 8pm are premium which is an additional £10 / N10k (Select add on)

Home service is available at an additional fee of £60-£250/ N100k-N250k depending on location.

In this privacy policy references to ‘we’ or ‘us’ refer to Touched By Koko. This policy will explain what information we collect about you and how we use it.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

At Touched By Koko we take privacy seriously and only use the information we collect to provide our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose than providing the best possible service for our clients. At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after 3 years.

Appointment confirmations and reminders:

We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt-out at any time.

Appointment ratings and reviews:

After visiting us we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.

Marketing:

We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so. Our marketing campaigns are automated and use rules based on services and products purchased and information we collect from you. For example, we may send marketing campaigns related to your birthday, the fact we miss you (you have not visited for 3 months) and other special days like Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Of course, you may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.
